experienced and sought after strength & conditioning coaches on
the East Coast. He began his career in 1993 shortly after attaining
a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. Jason has attended
countless seminars with the brightest minds in the field on topics
such as strength training, nutrition, nutritional supplementation,
structural balance exercise, postural analysis and body composition
testing and modulation.
Drawing from this deep pool of knowledge Jason created an
innovative system called “The 8 Elements.” This program includes
all the areas required to achieve the client’s goal(s); exercise,
nutrition, nutritional supplements, hydration, sleep, structural
therapy, psychological, and biochemical. Each client’s 8 Elements
program is derived from a thorough client evaluation consisting of
a consultation and physical evaluation. This information provides Jason
with a thorough understanding of the client’s specific goals and
needs and is the basis for the short and long-term planning toward
their ultimate goal(s).
Within the exercise element, Jason utilizes specific tools to create
a structurally balanced body that is both resistant to injury and
able to perform at a higher level; the benefit of which is quicker
progress. These methods include segmental training exercises,
ELDOA (specific stretches for the spine), Myofascial stretching,
Proprioception (joint integrity exercises), and strength ratio
analysis. Simply put, Jason “gives you what you want, while at the
same time, giving you what you need.”
If you’re ready to be at the “top of your game” call Sports Lab
NYC to schedule a consultation with Jason.
