
Sports Lab NYC Strength & Conditioning Program
SportsLab NYC has designed a proprietary Strength & Conditioning program that achieves the highest level of athletic preparation, performance rehabilitation, general conditioning, and physique transformation. Our system includes all of the elements required for success; exercise programs, biochemical nutrition, nutraceuticals, psychological, structural therapy and lifestyle recommendations. We calibrate each element to build a personally tailored program. Our integrated system produces superior progress in the most efficient way.
All Strength & Conditioning programs begin with a thorough consultation and a physical evaluation that consists of goal setting, health history, postural and movement analysis, nutritional log, body composition assessment, and strength and flexibility testing. This provides our Strength & Conditioning professionals with the data required to design the appropriate program to achieve each client’s goal(s), while also building a healthy and structurally balanced body that is more resistant to injury. Each client receives personal coaching by one of our highly educated trainers to ensure proper execution of the individualized training program while also providing motivation, accountability, and an ongoing source of knowledge. We continuously evolve client’s training programs to ensure progress, accelerate advancement, and excite the brain.
At SportsLab we apply the precise combination of the most effective exercise tools; these include the fundamental training principals, the advanced system of SomaTraining (exercises that build structural balance by isolating muscle weaknesses, correcting posture, and recalibrating the brain and nervous system) and athletic energy system exercises that create lean and highly conditioned bodies.
